Another Doctor's appointment with Adam today. This was a rather quick trip to the office with good feedback. We were able to hear the baby's heartbeat, 161. The smaller the baby is the faster the heartbeat, also it could be slower if the baby is sleeping (it already has a sleep schedule). Everything looked good with me as well.
Now the fun begins, telling everyone the good news. Like some, we wanted to keep this exciting news to ourselves until we knew Sweet P was growing healthy and as it should be. We are excited to let people know our news and share in our joy.
This week Adam and I are starting our To Do list before the baby arrives. I know the list will grow ever longer and we won't complete everything. We look forward to getting things ready for the newest member of our family. The current bedding I like is the image you see (CoCaLo alphabet soup). Our little girl, Brandy, doesn't know anything is happening and probably won't until she gets officially kicked out of the bed as the months go on. She is very interested though in our neighbor's newborn. Lots of new smells and sounds. I think she will do quite well.
